Refund Policy
To retain our services, a potential client must enter into a mutually acceptable fee agreement. The fee agreement becomes the complete understanding regarding payment of legal fees and expenses, including refunds.
If a potential client makes a payment before retaining our services and we subsequently decline representation, we will refund the full amount. If a potential client makes a payment and earlier chooses not to retain our services, we will refund the amount minus the reasonable value of our time and expenses.
Credit-card payments for services already provided are non-refundable. If an overpayment occurs or a refund of trust-account funds is due, payment will be issued via check.
This refund policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
